Like every time before, like every project and task we embrace, we carefully planned this event – where, when, how, what, how much…

We wanted it to be in nature, where the water can only be found in springs, where the forests are so vast, dense and healthy that the bears, badgers, foxes and wolves cannot complain, and the air is clean enough and the sky is spacious enough for the numerous eagles to be truly free. We intended to relax, transcend, socialize, have fun … and found ourselves deliberately here:

We were greeted by kind hosts (for more information click Vilovi – Pansion Botić), that accommodated us and offered food. Nature, the gloomy darkness around us, the cool mountain air … – everything we expected and planned for the first day, Friday.

To conclude:

It’s not easy to organize a good “Team building”. Despite our knowledge, experience, talents, goodwill and excellent organization, there is a lot to be gained, learn, improvise … and “set up” for employees to embark on Team Building and return from the field trip! 🙂
