Global ERP solutions are designed to cover all or most of the business needs of businesses and institutions across the globe. This means that specific processes, needs and requirements, which are not common to most companies, do not have a place in the ERP standard.

The need to cover such evident, but not frequent and ubiquitous needs was the starting point for the creation of numerous vertical, horizontal and other specialized, compatible (Add-On) solutions. They have been developed by numerous Microsoft partners specializing in specific areas of business.

NPS Add-On Solutions

NPS modules are add-on solutions, created as a result of a good knowledge of local and regional regulations, local and regional business needs and habits, that is, our years of experience in working with integrated business solutions from the Microsoft Dynamics family, into which they are fully integrated. The main feature of all solutions is that they cover areas that are not covered by the standard ERP solution (e.g., areas specific to local business and accounting practices, specific business areas of the enterprise (industrial / branch solutions)…).

So far, we have developed more than 40 NPS solutions for Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central (D365BC). All our Add-On solutions have undergone numerous checks and refinements in 'laboratory conditions', but also in practice, as they have been used by our clients for years (liquidity, cashier, types of jobs, NBS report, electronic payment, travel orders, payroll...).

Most of the above, as well as many other solutions, have become an integral part of the NPS localization package since the launch of NAV 2013 onwards. For more details on NPS localization, click HERE.

According to complexity and parameterization, some of the solutions described below belong to vertical solutions. However, in terms of usability and representation, they are very close to the previously described solutions. The best example is HCM (Human Capital Management: Payroll, HRM, Performance Management & Shop Floor Control).

  • HR & PAYROLL

    Many years ago, analyzing the needs of large business systems in our country and in the region, we spoted a very strong need for adequate IT support to the process of human resource management and reward system. In general, supply in this segment is very scarce and problematic, locally and globally. Reacting to such market demand, we decided to form a specialized team of consultants and developers to support human resources management and started developing our own software package for business systems. The goals and criteria we set then are still valid today:

    - integrally covering of all HCM business processes,

    - incorporate world standards into the solution, taking into account the specifics of local laws, in order to easily monitor the dynamics of changes in local (regional) legislation,

    - base the system on state-of-the-art technology that is easily integrated with other systems in companies, as an integral part of the business-information system

    - make the most of the experience of large business systems when building and developing an application, taking into account specific business processes,

    - with a good application, we offer top quality service during implementation as well as during system usage and maintenance.

    Calculation and payment of salaries to employees has always been one of the most sensitive points in the business of the company. Due to the complexity of the calculation, different structure of employees, a large number of supporting documents, etc. the calculation of wages required extremely long time and expertise of the employees for their realization. By modernizing the company, ie. the introduction of an information system can greatly speed up the calculation process and increase the quality of accompanying reports and analyzes.

    NAV4Construction is a complex upgrade of the standard ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365BC, with which it forms a unique whole, intended for companies in the segment of the construction and related industries. We have created, developed and permanently upgraded it through intensive cooperation with experienced experts in this field and with full respect for all standards incorporated in NAV / D365BC. The latter, among other things, means that, in conjunction with ERP, it enables planning for all parts of the company, from procurement, through production, to construction work, to be done in one place. In addition, automatic posting of all changes to the general ledger and VAT ledger is enabled, with consistent use of the dimension system and other standard ERP functionalities.

    NAV4Construction demonstrates its full strength in conjunction with another and compatible NPS solution - Management of Mechanization (mechanization records, external and internal maintenance, third party maintenance, regular maintenance (current / investment), preventative maintenance, fuel consumption monitoring, mechanization maintenance analysis, engagement planning and monitoring mechanization, calculation of actual labor costs).

These controls provide software developers with interactive Gantt diagrams for .NET, Java and ActiveX.
